Our team was selected as the preferred proponent for the mechanical contract at the Royal Inland Hospital Patient Care Tower back in September 2018. For the last few years we’ve worked diligently with our partners on a challenging project and reached substantial completion in January 2022.
We know that the construction industry needs to do better when it comes to the environment so it was amazing to see that this project attained LEED Gold status and was designed to meet a specified stringent energy usage target.
This site has now been turned over to the Interior Health Authority and we are proud of our team for their success. In spite of an ongoing pandemic, issues related to supply chains, a flood event that washed out a key infrastructure route and other challenges, the team was still able to complete a crucial healthcare project for the Province on schedule.
