Rashelle joined the team at PMP in 2018 as our Fabrication Administrator, but recently took on a new challenge as our Human Resources Coordinator. Rashelle has key skills in problem solving, critical thinking, project planning and team work which align perfectly with her role here at PMP. In her new role, she provides key support to our HR team as they seek to address all the people and culture issues that we face across our various job sites!
Rashelle combines her love of travel and community and has developed her leadership skills while participating in various humanitarian projects in Hawaii and India.
During her downtime, you will likely find Rashelle horseback riding or hiking the local trails with her husband.
