Always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to increase efficiency, Phil entered the industry in 2005. He has over 15 years of experience including institutional, commercial and residential projects.

Noted by friends, colleagues and customers for his hunting and fishing knowledge, Phil visited Toyota in Japan to learn about their innovative production system.

Phil was promoted to Senior Fabrication Manager in September 2023.
