Jon joined the PMP team in 2012 as a Red Seal Plumber. He has broad experience when it comes to coordination of manpower, subtrades and scheduling. Jon also has training in Lean and is passionate about finding ways to avoid wasting time or material. He has taken part in the PMP Emerging Leaders course which was developed in partnership with the Brackish Consulting Group.

Notable projects Jon has worked on include Seaforth/Jericho, The Arc, Penticton Regional Hospital, Emily Carr University of Art & Design and King George Hub – which he provided leadership to as Superintendent before being promoted to Project Manager in February 2021. In August 2024, Jonathan was promoted to Construction Manager.

When not at work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and three children as well as fixing up old cars and riding his Harley.
