James has been with Pitt Meadows Plumbing since 2017 and brings over 20 years of management experience with him into his role as our Chief Administrative Officer. He is tasked with managing all of the internal administrative systems, structures, and processes that support our business from the shop to the jobsite and oversees the accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, IT and risk management functions at PMP.
James is a member of the Canadian Institute of Management and holds the Chartered Manager (C.Mgr) designation in both Canada and the United Kingdom, as well as holding the Certified Manager (CM) designation in the United States. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, a Master’s degree in Education, and is currently working towards a second Masters degree in Accounting.
When he’s not wearing multiple hats at PMP, James enjoys sharing good coffee, nice wine and great vacations with his wife, Dianne.
