Pitt Meadows Plumbing & Mechanical Systems Ltd. (PMP) is pleased to announce the official launch of WQC Mechanical, the company’s dedicated warranty division focused on supporting PMP projects after completion.
WQC Mechanical operates as the warranty arm of Pitt Meadows Plumbing, providing a clear point of contact for warranty items on PMP-built projects.
When PMP merged with WQC Mechanical a few years ago, the decision was made to keep the WQC name because it already carried a reputation for strong service and follow through. That same name now anchors a focused warranty team that looks after project performance beyond substantial completion.
The WQC Mechanical team consists of warranty technicians selected from within PMP for their calm approach, problem solving ability, and commitment to doing things right. Their role is to respond to warranty requests on PMP projects, investigate root causes, and support project teams, clients, and end users as issues arise.
Warranty work often takes place in occupied spaces and active facilities, with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders. WQC Mechanical was created to bring clarity and accountability to that environment, so clients know exactly who to call when a warranty item comes up on a PMP project.
While the WQC Mechanical name will appear on warranty communications, it remains fully part of the Pitt Meadows Plumbing family. Clients can expect the same planning, collaboration, and quality that define PMP’s role on complex and iconic builds.
The PMP standard remains the benchmark. WQC Mechanical is simply the focused warranty division that carries that standard forward after project completion.
